IEC-ISO Standards
Master concept comply with the most common standard within Engineering.
Master concept comply with the most common standard within Engineering.
Plant, building and system information is growing to the extent that you have to structure the information. Standards such as KKS, IEC 750, SSG are some of these.
The first section (-1) describes how to structure the information and how it is divided into usable areas. For example: room-oriented or function-oriented.
Industrial systems, installations and equipment and industrial products –Structuring principles and reference designations
–Part 1: Basic rules
The second part (-2) describes how to name equipment and systems. The standard describes how to divide the equipment and put the reference numbers so that everyone can recognize them, regardless of industry.

-Part 2: Classification of objects and codes for classes
Master concept has since 1993 been a unique support for those who want to structure the plant information.
Master concept with KKS support for both old and new. Master concept has support for customers holding plants supplied under the old KKS and the new based on this basic standard. We teach standards and we support the introduction of new standards.
Industrial systems, installations and equipment and industrial products –Structuring principles and reference designations
– Part 10: Power plants
A further development of designation system. Previously called KKS.
There is an international organization, except ISO-IEC, working in standardization for power generation and who previously worked with the KKS standard. The organization is called VGB PowerTech e.V. and is an European technical organization for power and heat generation. As a voluntary organization, VGB PowerTech pulls companies together with common roots where power generation and related technology is a mainstay.

Master concept supports basic standards for structuring buildings and their functions. The standard contains description based on the structuring of the buildings may look like.
With Master concept follow templates and automation to label the equipment and elements of a building. erchitectural, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, etc. Furthermore, integration with CAD systems to make work even easier.

Documentation is necessary for the provision of information for all activities during the life-cycle of technical products which include plants, systems and equipment. It may be produced in any phase or activity. Documents may be received from and delivered to other parties. Different parties may need different information or different views on the same information, depending on what is most suitable for the intended purpose.
IEC61355-1: Classification and designation of documents for plants, systems and equipment
One aim of this standard is to establish a method for better communication and understanding between parties involved in document interchange. In order to get a basis for a system, it is necessary to disregard, more or less, what a document is called today. Different names are in use for the same document kind or the names may have different meanings for different parties. The purpose and object of interest are sometimes also part of document titles, which hampers general understanding. Therefore the basis for a common understanding should be a classification scheme which is based only on the content of information. Another aim of this standard is to set up rules for relating documents to the objects they describe.
IEC 61082 is an important pillar in the production of electrical documentation. The standard describes how things should look to easily be able to read and interpret the contents in the documents and lists. The contents of IEC 61082 also affects how symbols and features of CAD applications will produce drawings and diagrams.
Master concept contains its own CAE application for production of electrical documentation and is one of the most widely used in the power industry.
