Master concept 20.0 is offering a powerful support within environment protection control.
Independent of where you are in the design process, project phase or the operation of the plant, Eco Design is the platform where hazardous or environment affecting material is stored. It’s our choice if and how we hand over material data to our coming generations.
Eco living is hype and daily we are informed its importance. Master concept offer everyone a tool and a concept where material can be registered to track where and how much of specific material is used.
How much a power plant or factory produce of environmental affecting material in their daily business most industries have control of and it is regulated by law in most countries.
But what the power plant or equipment consists of is much harder to know. Never the less its important information when the plant will be rebuilt or decommissioned. The amount of material and type is important , safety assessment has to be considered before the project and the waste most be treated in a proper way where people and environment is protected.
With the new article management in Master concept articles can have material attached with CAS and EU material registration number for material and chemical substances.
Material features can calculate amount of the entire system or plant and reports can be printed.
A platform for Product and Plant data Management
The unique concept of Master explorer is to deliver data model for structures, a whole plant or single system.
Master concept structure model offers full support for international standard RDS 81346, Principles for structure handling. Due to the possibility of structuring documentation and plant objects in a safe and structured way, plant data increases its reliability. Individual structures can be hidden in the navigation pane if not used or implemented.
Structure your plant or product with 10 parallel structures (where 7 of them are are RDS structures).

System design and project management
Users can register project and perform search function with Master explorer. Not only importing or exporting project including all data from reports, drawings and plant object but also registering new types of reports, edit project, create new database standards or preparing translations before printing out reports. Master explorer handles automatically document revision and cross references in reports. Users can even see changes among different report revisions in updated lists.
With license management users can select various functions in Master explorer. To be able to maximalt utilize Master concept, there is a project data environment with support for different project phases which can also be configured to support your organization. Pre-configured project phases are project planning, system design and detail design. There are different working dialogues with measurement specification, operating specification and equipment control specification for system designer to easily create and edit data. Project management and system design are used for license control.
