Process design with proMaster
The CAD environment is connected to a database in proMaster. Drawings, Plant Objects (Pumps, Valves), Pipes and Flows etc. will be saved and updated to database while drawing. Changes on reference designations or properties on Objects are directly saved to database or updated from database. With proMaster you can create instruments and Valves as well as reports such as different equipment lists. Database opens the possibility for you to work both in database and CAD in order to create your design.
Design database has functionality for traceability, revision handling and audit management which offers a system with maximum power and safety during the design phase. The multi-user platform, Engineering Workspace, handles multiple project members for documents and plant data. The amount of project data is unlimited due to high technology database platform of Oracle.
Symbol handling
Symbol handling, which is designed to save completed circuits and entire diagrams with nice description, makes it easy to spread standard and systematic within a company. Symbol library can centrally be saved and maintained in a server and thanks to the network it is accessible for everyone. Local library can be used for your own symbols. Symbol library can be exported and imported in order to be rapidly distributed among parties in large project.
